After 12 wonderful years, our original Facebook page for Caterpillar Clubhouse Daycare has been hacked and unexpectedly been taken down. While we’re sad to see it go, we’re also excited to be turning the page and starting a fresh new chapter! 📖✨

🍎 Apple Pies & Cakes Sensory Invitation 🍎
My little bakers were busy making apple pies and cakes this morning 🥧🍰 We scooped, poured, counted apples, filled our baking dishes and explored how our magnetic apples came apart and connected them back together!
Apple Orchard Day 🍎🌳
Thank you Mountain Orchards for such a lovely morning! We had so much fun exploring, playing and enjoying the orchard. We’re very excited to try our apple cider donuts this afternoon! 😋🍩

This morning we used fine motor work to peel apples for an apple crisp dessert for after lunch 🥧 We also used apples for paint stamping 🎨🍎 I sure buy a lot of apples in September 😄

📣 A new toy arrived!! It’s honestly so engaging that I had to try it out myself 😄 I can’t wait for the children to explore this one!
Intellectually, I know September has only just begun… but Halloween! 🎃😂 So excited for our annual neighbourhood trick-or-treating that I picked these up yesterday 😁

This little guy stole my heart from his very first day two years ago with his charm, snuggles, silliness, and his sweet personality. 💖 He’s the type of child who would never hurt a fly, literally, he won’t even let me shoo away spiders. 😅
I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do not seeing you every day Wyatt. It won’t be the same here without you, your big smile and your even bigger heart! Your school is so very lucky to have you and while we are going to miss you tremendously, I know you are going to do amazing with all of your new adventures in kindergarten and beyond!
Wyatt, Mama, Grandma & Grandpa, I truly lucked out having all of you as part of our daycare family for the past two years. I will sincerely miss each and every one of you!!!
