After 12 wonderful years, our original Facebook page for Caterpillar Clubhouse Daycare has been hacked and unexpectedly been taken down. While we’re sad to see it go, we’re also excited to be turning the page and starting a fresh new chapter! 📖✨

I can’t believe this is the first time we’ve been down to our lower playroom this summer! We’ve had such amazing weather and have been very busy so it was nice to have a rainy day to slow down and enjoy some indoor play!
We were the first to arrive at the park this morning (although it did get much busier) and of course the children insisted on stopping to climb this tree on our walk back 😁🌳
We checked out another new park today! 🛝🏞️☀️ The children love when my teens come along with the energy for endless games of tag 😂
Camping Week 🏕
Our camping setup will be outside all week for my little campers to enjoy 😊⛺️🎣
It was art day at church, then we stopped at Tim Hortons for gobs of Timbits (Really not sure why I bought so many 😂) 🎨🍩

We had another friend celebrate his birthday over the weekend and Mom said his favourite treat is Booster Juice, so it was the perfect addition to our outing to Chapters for storytime! 🥤📖📚😊
Summer is going by so quickly and we’ve been so busy! I can’t believe today was the first time we tried out our new waterways 💦🪵 The children loved pouring water and rolling the ocean balls down the wooden channels 😊
An early play at a new park before it got too hot ☀️ We lasted about half an hour before retreating back to our lovely air conditioning 😅
Today was all about strawberries! 🍓
We made our own strawberry freezer jam to take home. Everyone helped remove the stems, mash the strawberries, add the sugar and stir everything together 👏
We made a very big batch so there was plenty left over for toast after naptime and they devoured it! 😊🍞🍓
Today was our final scheduled Monkey Rock class as one of our friends will soon be heading off to school. We hope to revisit the program once a new friend joins our group 🙂 We made a special gift for Rory to thank him for all the fun, music, and joy he has brought to our visits 🎶
We also celebrated Felix who turned three on Friday! Since I was closed for holidays last week, we celebrated today with a special trip to the store so he could choose his own birthday gift. Normally I do this part, but after three full days of walking around Wonderland I needed the rest! 😅 Everyone also got to choose their own Disney rubber duck 😊🐥
I mean… they are seriously the most loving little group 🥰🤗
The children were so engaged with bug play indoors this morning that I decided to put together this invitation to play in the backyard 🐞🐛🪲 I love my collection of resources from Yellow Door Education 💛 They’re so versatile and great for last minute child led play!
